The meals contained in this meal plan all fall into the dietary world of Paleo.
The paleo diet is based around the idea that the body operates at its best the way we evolved to live and is intended to mimic the hunter-gatherer lifestyles of the past. 
Paleo meals can be a little scary at first - but can have great health benefits!
Paleo is excellent for reducing inflammation in the body, which can alleviate many other health issues in tandem
Paleo generally excludes all dairy, grains, refined sugar, legumes, corn, and all processed foods
This diet places a focus on making your own, healthy, Whole Food
I began eating Paleo food after learning that I was violently intolerant to dairy and grains. 
I had serious health problems that main Stream Medicine had no Answer for. 
Making serious food changes was all I had left to try, and in the end it was the only thing that helped me get my life back. 
Paleo eating is not the only answer to clean and healthy eating, 
it can be viewed as excessively strict. Its not for everyone. 
Making these dietary changes has alleviated me of arthritis, recurring cysts, dandruff, headaches, short attention span, symptoms related to PCOS and so much more. 
If I'm honest, I don't always stick to my diet 100% - its HARD
But knowing the way my body reacts to things and making educated choices has truly changed my life, and I hope through this class and my impending business venture that I will be able to help others find the same solace.
