VECTORES
¿Qué es un vector?

Es un segmento de recta dirigido que consta de magnitud, dirección y sentido.

MODULO O MAGNITUD

ES la longitud del vector

LA DIRECCIÓN

Es el ángulo positivo que forma el vector con la horizontal

EL SENTIDO

ES LA FLECHA QUE INDICA HACIA DONDE SE DIRIGE LA RECTA

PUNTO DE APLICACIÓN

Es el punto sobre el cual  se supone que actúa el vector

Existen varios tipos de vectores

VECTORES IGUALES

Dos vectores son iguales cuando tienen igual magnitud, dirección y sentido

VECTORES OPUESTOS

Dos vectores son opuestos cuando tienen igual dirección, igual módulo y sentido contrario

VECTOR POSICIÓN ESTÁNDAR

Un vector se encuentra en posición estándar cuando su punto de inicio es en origen (0,0)

Longitud o Norma de un Vector

Es la distancia que hay entre el punto inicial y el punto final.
si el vector esta en posicion estándar, la magnitud se calcula utilizando el teorema de Pitágora

Ejemplo

Calcule la Magnitud del Vector: (AB)= (4,2)
