Middle School Learning Options for 
the Scaffolded Reopening Plan
2020-21
* Class sizes will vary. In smaller classes, it becomes more likely that students will be able to remove their masks when seated in their classrooms when social distancing guidelines can be followed.

*Utilization of Advanced Learning Plans
Students receive in-person instruction two days a week and remote instruction three days a week. 
*Scheduled live sessions with EYSD teachers every school day.

*EYSD curriculum based on PA Core Standards

*Students will receive instruction in ELA, Math, Social Studies, and Science only.

*Updated expectations for participation, grading, attendance

*Utilization of Advanced Learning Plans
All instruction is online with Eastern York teachers.
*Instructors provided by a third party (Odysseyware and Edgenuity) using curriculum based on PA Core Standards

*Schedule Flexibility (No synchronous learning)

*All learning is self-paced
