*  DEFECT PRODUCT (glove, inner and cotton).
METHODOLOGY
*  	Determine of total solid content (TSC%).
1. Weight empty petri dish
   2. Weight (2g) of sample
  3. Dry the sample in the oven (100°c) for 1 hour.
  4. Place the sample in desiccator about 15 min to cool down.
  5. Lastly, weight the dried sample.
*  
Determine of chlorine concentration
1. The sample are collected from the chlorination tank.
2. Weight of 0.10 g of potassium iodide (KI) as indicator in the conical flask.
3. Pipette 10 ml, of chlorine solution from the sample bottle.
4. Transferring 10 ml, of chlorine solution to conical flask that contain KI.
5. Titrate the chlorine solution with 0.1 N sodium thiosulphate (colour changed from light yellow to colourless).
6. Record the initial reading before start titration, and final reading after obtain end point.
8. The result will calculate and record.

*  	Determine concentration of alkaline % from 	the line of production. 
1. Collect the alkaline sample from the tank using the sample container.
   2. Weight 10.0 g alkaline sample into 250 ml volumetric flask.
  3. Top up the 15.0 g distilled water (shake well).
  4. Add 3 drop of phenolphthalein indicator.
   5. Titrate with 0.4 N HCl until solution change from pink to               colourless.
  6. Lastly, record the volume of 0.4 N HCl solution used.

*  Determine concentration of acid % from the line of production. 
1. Collect the acid sample from the tank using the sample container.
 2. Transfer 20 ml acid sample into 250 ml conical flask.
 3. Add 3 drop of phenolphthalein indicator (shake well).
  4. Take reading of 1.0 N NaOH before titrate.
  5. Titrate until the colors change from clear to pink.
 6. Take reading of 1.0 N NaOH after titrate.
 7. Get the volume titrant.

*  Determine of Cyclaron in coagulant (CYC) using filtration method.
 1. Weight of filter paper + petri dish.
 2. Place the filter paper into the vacuum pump
 3. Moisture the filter paper with distilled water.
 4. Weight 2.0 g of coagulant sample.
 5. Pour coagulant sample on the filter paper
 6. Let the vacuum pump filter the sample.
 7. Remove the filter paper from filtration apparatus after the water    fully sucked.
 8. Transfer filter paper into petri dish.
  9. Dry the sample in the oven at 100°C for 1 hours.
*  10.	Weight the dry sample.

MOISTURE CONTENT TESTING IN GLOVE

1. Take 3 glove from the line of production and pre-weighing the glove.
  2. Layer the glove inside the oven at 100°c for 1 hours
   3. The glove are then removed from the oven, cooled in a desiccator for 15 min and reweighed the glove and record.
Results & Discussion 
Determine of total solid content (TSC%).

CONCLUSION
Industry training has had a huge impact on me as a student because I have gained good quality knowledge here and can experience myself in the field of work.
