!HOLA AMIGUITOS HOY PREPARAREMOS UNA RICA RECETA !
TORREJAS DE AHUYAMA SALADAS  
INGREDIENTES 
INGREDIENTES 
*6 cucharadas de bienestarina 
 1/2 libra (250 g) de ahuyama cocida en poca agua ,seca  y triturada a punto de puré
 *6 cucharadas soperas llenas de harina de trigo 
*4 cucharadas soperas de cebolla finamente picada 
* 4 cucharadas soperas de tomate finamente picado
*1 diente de ajo finamente picado
*2 cucharadas soperas llenas de queso costeño molido o rallado
*1 huevo
*1/2 pocillo de agua 
*Sal, tomillo, orégano y pimienta al gusto 
*Aceite

*Freír en aceite la cebolla con el tomate ,el ajo,la sal ,el tomillo,el orégano y la pimienta. 
Preparación

*En un recipiente mezcle la bienestarina con la harina de trigo ,el queso,el huevo,el sofrito de cebolla y la ahuyama en puré. 
*Adicione el agua poco a poco hasta logar una masa suave 
*Mezcle muy bien todos los ingredientes 
y caliente abundante aceite en una olla honda .
*Frite la masa por cucharadas en aceite caliente a fuego medio 
*las torrejas que estén doradas sáquelas y escúrralas sobre papel absorbente.
finalmente preparate para probar esas exqusitas torrejas.
