Malaysia has been experiencing rapid economic and social transformation over the past three decades and currently Malaysia is one of the fastest growing economies in the world.

It is interesting to note that increasing trend of urbanization in Malaysia was characterized not only by the doubling number of urban centres but also accompanied by the concentration of people in the metropolitan.

Now that Malaysia is experiencing urban development, the social issues become worse than before like robbery, gangsters and drug abuses.

LACK of parking area and PLAY DOWN security measures such as parking in front of business premises and have good lighting.
