SHARE THE AWESOMENESS

Malaysia being the signatory of the Dublin Accord of the International Engineering Alliance (IEA) through the Engineering Technology Accreditation Council (ETAC) of Broad of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is required to ensure that the graduate of any accredited engineering diploma able to uptake well-defined engineering problems (WDEP) and activities (WDEA). Hence, the implementation of WDEP and WDNA in engineering diploma to be accredited is compulsory especially in culminating courses. The Final Year Project (CHE365) of Diploma in Chemical Engineering (CEEH110) have just begun to implement WDEP and WDNA extensively.

WDEP & WDNA?
Graduates of engineering diploma must be prepared for future technological and societal changes, and able to acquire new knowledge through new problems
Due to the importance of this skill, IEA released the attributes of well-defined engineering problems (WDEP) and activities (WDNA) to guide the signatory countries of the Dublin Accord in their implementation of WDEP in engineering curriculum
