TALKING ABOUT THE PAST

During my trip to the city of  Tumaco I visited many beautiful places, I also enjoyed many moments with my family. When I traveled to Tumaco I met with my paternal grandparents, my uncles and my cousins.

Upon entering my grandparents' house, my grandfather asked me a question like this: have you grown a lot in these years, right?
to which I replied - yes because the last time we saw each other I was 10 years old, now I am 22 years old

He continued the conversation and asked me, and have you completed your studies?

I answered yes, but that I only needed to finish my degree
He told me that it seemed very good to him that my future changed, for a while he was thoughtful and said to me, do you ever sit down and think about how far you have come in life?
to which I replied- all the time, and I feel very happy
My grandfather got up from his chair and hugged me and said "you are on the right track" a while later I met my cousins and one of them asked me, do you remember when we were children we loved to play and run in this park? I answered them how am I going to forget the most beautiful stage of my life. Later my cousin told me -we were happy and we didn't know it, we didn't have to worry about anything to which I answered- you're right, we were so young to understand it.
After long talks as a family, we decided to take a walk and eat an ice cream and we sat on the benches in the park, since it was the holiday season there were many beautiful decorations and my grandmother told me- tell your dad to take pictures in the park with his cousins and her uncles so that she has it as a memory to which I answered no because I didn't really want to take pictures of myself.

Today I only have the memory of that day in the park with the whole family, last week an uncle who I loved very much died and now I have no photos to remember him, I would like to go back in time to have taken my grandmother at her word in the idea of the photo, those memories I only carry in my heart.
