Today, I will give a review of an app that is useful in our daily lives, which is the "bigpay" app

Give a description of the user experience resulting from interacting with it.
When a user clicks on the bigpay app, the user is asked to log in to the app. Users are given the choice of either using a 6 -digit pin, fingerprint scan or FaceID (for iPhone users). After logging in, it is taken to the homepage. On the page, users can see the e-wallet balance, user spending transactions and various options below.
Login and Homepage
Users can differentiate the types of expenses for a period of 1 month. The types of expenses can be classified in a pie chart (based on screenshots). Below, there is a bar chart showing the total expenses each month by month when the user opens this e-wallet account.
Analytics interface
Users have several payment options such as, pay for friends, split bill, pay using QR code, local bank transfer, international bank transfer, utilities and lifestyle insurance.
Payment interface
The physical prepaid card is linked once in this e-wallet to make it easier for users to shop using the card. In this interface, users can see the details of the card, can freeze the card if lost or stolen. In addition to being frozen, users can also make reports through the help of bigpay. there are also top -up features and settings for PINs.

Access to user profiles, support, cashback rewards, top up sources, referral rewards, user QR codes, security and legal, fees and charges, and blogs.

The "bigpay" app has strict security. For example, a user's login can only be accessed by the user. That's means that other users will not be able to access the account.
1. Security
This e-wallet app comes with a physical prepaid card. With this card, users do not have to worry if the phone battery runs out or the lack of internet network in remote areas.
2. Come with Physical Prepaid Card
This card freeze feature is available in this app, not available in any other banking institution where users need to go to the bank to freeze the card. For bigpay users, if the physical card is lost or stolen, users can activate the card freeze feature immediately to prevent card misuse.
