GALLETAS DE CHOCOLATE
RECETA 
.125G DE MANTEQUILLA
.50G DE AZUCAR BLANCA
.50G DE AZUCAR MORENA
.1 HUEVO
.280G DE HARINA DE TRIGO
.CHIPS DE CHOCOLATE
.SAL AL GUSTO
INGREDIENTES 
• En un recipiente se hecha los 125G de mantequilla
•Después se le agrega los 50G de cada azúcar y esto se mezcla hasta tener una mezcla homogénea.
•Luego se tamiza la harina, la sal y se mezcla.
•Ya cuando tengamos una consistencia 0 pegajosa le agregamos los chips de chocolate y ya se separa las porciones según como uno quiera.
•Empezamos a calentar el horno y agregamos las 
porciones de galleta y las dejamos 15min.
                       Y LISTO, A DISFRUTAR

PREPARACIÓN
.Batir bien la mantequilla y el azúcar
. Es importante que el horno esté caliente cuando introduces las galletas
.Tamiza los ingredientes secos
.Agrega unas chispas de chocolate directamente sobre la masa antes de hornearla.
