Do you guys know about the Seminole
 Indians?

The Seminole are a Native American people originally from Florida.
Let's Learn about the Seminole Indians 
Beliefs
 The Seminole Indians tribe believe in Christianity 
Food
The food that the Seminole tribe ate included wild turkeys, rabbits, deer, fish, turtles, and alligators. Their staple foods were corn, squash and beans supplemented with wild rice, mushrooms, pumpkins and plants.
Housing
The Seminole Indians made cabins out of logs and started farming . They also used little houses made of plaster and wood called Chickees for sleeping, cooking, and eating together.
Power Hierarchy
Seminole men were hunters and sometimes went to war to protect their families. Seminole women were farmers and also did most of the child care and cooking. Both genders took part in storytelling, artwork and music, and traditional medicine. In the past, the chief was always a man, but today a Seminole woman can participate in government too. 
Education
There are lots of traditional Seminole legends and fairy tales. Storytelling is very important to the Seminole Indian culture.
Interaction with white settler
They were not allowed time to gather their belongings, and as they left, whites looted their homes. Then began the march known as the Trail of Tears, in which 4,000 Cherokee and Seminoles people died of cold, hunger, and disease on their way to the western lands.
Modern Day 
Education:Today, most Tribal members are afforded modern housing and health care. The Seminole Tribe spends over $1 million each year on education, alone, including grants-in-aid to promising Tribal college students and the operation of the Ahfachkee Indian School

Belief: They still believe in Christianity

Statistics: As established in the Seminole Tribe of Florida's constitution, the Tribal Council is the chief governing body, composed of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and Council Representatives from each reservation. Today, the Council administers the Seminole Police Department, the Human Resources programs, the Tribal gaming enterprises, citrus groves, the Billie Swamp Safari, the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum and the majority of the Tribe's cigarette-related enterprises.
