What are credits?

Credits is a unified Powtoon currency to let you benefit from Al tools and pay only for what you need and use. Stop paying monthly fees for every Al service separately, buy a credit package and pay as you go for every AI service.

What can I use credits for?

Currently, Credits are used for access to AI text-to-speech voiceover generation, and for AI avatars lipsync generation.

How many credits should I have?

Every AI text-to-speech voiceover generation consumes 2 credits.
Every minute of lipsynced AI avatar video consumes 20 credits, with 10 credits minimum per each generation.

Which credits packages are available for purchase?

Credits are available for purchase in various packages:
100 credits for $25
250 credits for $55
500 credits for $95
All purchases of credit packages are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Who can buy credits?

Any active plan subscription is required in order to purchase credits.

Do I get credits with my plan?

Yes. Powtoon Premium plans include credit packages:

Business plan - 350 credits / year

Professional yearly - 80 credits / year

Professional monthly - 25 credits / month

Lite yearly - 25 credits / year

Lite monthly - 10 credits / month

Plan-included credits automatically top up when your plan renews.

When do my credits expire?

Credits you purchased and didn't use will not expire as long as you have an active subscription to any paid Powtoon plan.
