Both styles have their strengths, but understanding these differences is key to better collaboration.
Women tend to smile more, make direct eye contact, and prefer closer proximity during conversations. This helps build trust and rapport.

Here are a few solutions:
Break the stereotypes. Train employees to recognize that communication styles don’t define competence.
