What does 'objective' mean?
not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice.

It is based on facts and evidence.
1855 formed from Medieval Latin 'objectivus'.  Meaning impersonal, unbiased.
Objective means:
It is important that you look at your skills and qualities from both a subjective and an objective point of view.
This will help to make sure your thoughts are accurate and that you do not over estimate your abilities.

Once you have identified the skills and qualities you have, you can start to look at those you don't yet have.
Improving on the skills and qualities you don't yet have can make you a more suitable employee for a wide range of jobs.
You now need to download the PowerPoint for Lesson 7 from Google Classrooms and complete the tasks.
Once you have completed your tasks, upload them to the lesson assignment on Google Classrooms.
