Skillsoft will be contributing HSA funds of $500 for individual and $1,000 for family effective for 6/1/25

BENEFITS
AVAILABLE TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES
FSA & DCA - Wex 
Voluntary Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity - Unum
Vision - VSP
Your current 2024-2025 FSA elections will remain with BRi through the 90-day run out period through August 31, 2025
You have until August 31, 2025 to submit claims to BRi incurred during the 2024-2025 plan year
FSA ACCOUNTS
Your elections will switch from BRi to Wex for 2025-2026
You may rollover up to $660 of unused healthcare FSA or limited purpose FSA funds for the 2025-2026 plan year. Unused dependent care FSA funds are forfeited at the end of the plan year
Your remaining balance of up to $640 for the 2024-2025 plan year will transfer to your new Wex account in September
This is a passive enrollment, meaning if you take no action you will be enrolled in your current plan. However, employees will also have the option to select a plan of their choosing
If you are currently enrolled in the UHC Gold or Silver plans, you will transition to the new PPO plan

ABOUT THE PASSIVE ENROLLMENT
If you are currently enrolled in the UHC Bronze plan, the plan name is changing to UHC HDHP effective 6/1/25
